Miss Petites' and Misses' Bias-Skirt, Vest and Pants: (Including a Lesson Chart - "How to Coordinate Separates") The bias-skirt with waistband and back zipper closing is regular length. The lined vest with front button closing has "V" shaped neckline, slits in side seams and flaps. The pants with back zipper closing have waistband and turn back cuffs.
